1. BEE Ratings
A formal introductory meeting will be held to determine the BBBEE needs of your company, as well as if it is possible to achieve them. If you are satisfied with the provided information, we will determine which verification team would best suit your company needs.
2. On-Site Document VerificationOn-Site Document Verification
A broad based rating is an in-depth process that requires On-Site Verification of evidence for each of the required elements in-order to achieve the maximum amount of points possible. This process culminates in a B-BBEEE Verification Certificate issued by BEECOMP which can also be used by the measured entity when tendering for government business or for other procurement purposes.
3. Pre-Rate Assessment
The assessment is conducted using all of the evidence provided by you, which is then verified by BEECOMP via On-Site verification. As a result, a B-BBEE scorecard is produced, which indicates the amount of points received for each element as well as the B-BBEE Contribution status.
4. Finalise Product
Upon completion of the process, BEECOMP will provide you with a Preliminary Report based on the information verified at the On-Site Verification. After accepting the report, the B-BBEE Verification Certificate and Final Report will be sent to you. Regarding queries, a meeting will be scheduled for resolution.
